While she already has various nude scenes in the game, it dosent hurt to be able to see those nude scenes everywhere :)
To be able to have Triss be nude in the game in all three chapters you'll need 2 different mods: The first is eliseeff's and the other is a simpler mod by Naduron@Nexus that replaces Triss' ingame outfit with the "nude armor" that the devs made for her naked scenes.
If you want to have her appear naked in chapter three however, you will need to use eliseeff's mod together with Naduron. You can install them both together at the same time without issue.
